Cancellation Policy

✅ Booking Policy A non-refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your requested date and time. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received and a signed service agreement is on file. The deposit will be applied toward your total invoice. ❌ Cancellation Policy The $50 deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason. Multiple cancellations may result in loss of priority scheduling or termination of services. To cancel or reschedule, you must call, text, or email us directly— social media messages are not accepted for schedule changes. ⏳ Waitlist Policy If your desired date is booked, you may be placed on our waitlist. Waitlist slots are offered first-come, first-served, with priority given to recurring clients. Openings are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons. ⚠️ Additional Notes Weather delays, power outages, or building access issues may require rescheduling at no penalty. We reserve the right to adjust scheduling for safety concerns or emergencies—and we’ll always keep you in the loop.
